Class Description

CURRENT SERIES DATE: May 28th, June 4th, June 11th -- 3 Sundays In this series, we will explore the many range of movements of the hips. Each yoga class will be carefully designed to take you through a series of poses to warm up the hips, leading you towards a peak pose while improving strength and mobility.
