Class Description

Join us for a 3-hour workshop designed to calm the nervous system and improve your sleep quality through gentle stress reducing yoga and breathing techniques. A refreshment break with tasty treats will also be provided. Evidence based strategies for improving sleep quality will be presented by Kaitlyn Lem, a clinical psychologist and doctoral student therapist from the Memorial University Insomnia Clinic with opportunity for questions.
