Class Description

Join Darlene for a Day in Cupids at the Legacy Centre! We'll start the day with a Hatha yoga flow, then make our way to the Burnt Head trail for a hike near the ocean. Then it's back to Cupids for a picnic lunch (included). We'll end our day with a relaxing restorative yoga practice. Please note: Payment is non-refundable one week prior to July 5th. Thank you
