YOGA BLOOM STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY
If you choose to cancel your class booking, we kindly ask that you give us at least 3 hours notice, and cancel your booking online. This allows others on the waitlist the opportunity to get notification and to get to the studio on time.
If you cancel within that 3 hour window before class or do not show up for class, we will debit a class from your account. (Please note: This does not apply to session classes). Please feel free to contact us with any questions, as some exceptions may apply. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
If a Yoga Bloom class has to be canceled for some reason or the Studio itself has to close (due to inclement weather, the instructor is sick etc.) registered students will be notified via email. Cancellations will also be posted on our Facebook page . Classes will be made-up at a future time.
Students who have registered for the weekly session classes and have to miss a class will be able to make-up a missed class by attending another class anytime during the ongoing session, provided there is space.
YOGA BLOOM STUDIO WAIVER
Upon your very first visit to the studio you will be asked to sign a studio release waiver. Please come a few minutes early to allow time to carefully read and review the waiver before signing. You will only have to sign this waiver one time
Payments are non-refundable (Under extenuating circumstances please contact us to discuss)
Payments can be made through:
- Email transfer to email@example.com
- Credit or Debit card at the studio
- Cheque made out to Yoga Bloom Studio Ltd.
In an attempt to keep our yogis healthy & happy, Yoga Bloom Studio's policy is that wearing a mask will be up to each individual person. We thank you for respecting each person's choices
Please follow GOV NL’s Covid Self-Screening Questionnaire before coming in to the studio:
1. You have one of the following COVID-19 symptoms
Stay at Home
Use the online COVID-19 self-assessment tool, contact 811, or contact your primary care provider.
Fever (including chills or sweats)
Cough (new or worsening)
Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
Sore throat or difficulty swallowing (not related to a known cause/condition)
Unusual fatigue or lack of energy
New onset of muscle aches
Loss of appetite
Vomiting or diarrhea (more than 24 hours)
Loss of sense of taste or smell
Runny, stuffy or congested nose (not related to seasonal allergies or other known causes/conditions such as being outside in cold weather)
Small red or purple spots on hands and/or feet in a child/young adult
2. You have been in close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days

Follow the advice given to you by Public Health.
If you have not been contacted by Public Health, use the online COVID-19 Self-assessment and Referral Tool to determine if you should seek testing.
3. You have been advised to self-isolate for any reason (e.g. travel, Public Health advice, public advisories)

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, If you are unwell, we kindly ask you to refrain from coming in the studio as you take time to take care of yourself and join us when you are feeling better.
ENTERING THE STUDIO
Upon entering, please sanitize your hands and check-in. Please remove your footwear and coat in the entrance and promptly make your way to the yoga studio room, as not to crowd the entrance.
The choice is wear a mask is up to each individual person, so please respect each other's choices
