SAVE YOUR SPOT

Please reserve a spot in class using your MomoYoga APP or by visiting the schedule on our website.  As class sizes are currently limited, you must pre-register with MomoYoga either on the home page of this website, through our FaceBook Page or download the MomoYoga APP for easy bookings/cancellations.

PARKING

We have plenty of parking at our Studio parking lot, but of course the early bird gets the worm!

WHAT TIME TO ARRIVE

The studio door will open 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Please make sure to get to class a few minutes early to allow yourself time to set up.  You want to be all ready to start your class when the instructor begins.  The door will be locked at the beginning of the class, so sorry, but latecomers are not permitted into class.

CHANGE ROOMS/PERSONAL ITEMS STORAGE

There are 2 change rooms to avail of at the studio. You can leave your footwear and coats in the main entrance.  There are cubbies in the studio room in full view to store your purse, wallets, phones etc. Please be sure to turn your phone off or put it on silent mode for the duration of the class.

QUIET SPACE

The yoga studio practice room is a quiet space. Please be respectful to your fellow yogis.

PROPS & MATS

Please bring your own props and mats at this time.  Props are also available at the studio for purchase.

SCENT-FREE ENVIRONMENT

Please avoid wearing any perfume or other strong scents as other people may have allergies or sensitivities.

THIRSTY?

You are welcome to avail of our filtered water cooler or tap water.  At this time we ask that you please bring your own water bottle.

FINISH YOUR CLASS

As leaving your class prematurely can be disruptive to other students, please try to stay until the end of class (this includes savasana).  If you must leave early, please let the instructor know at the beginning of class.  This way you can do so in an efficient, quiet matter.  If you feel tired during a class, please feel free to come to a comfortable posture such a child’s pose, or simply lie down on your mat until the end of class.  If you feel unwell, please let the instructor know.
