Begin your Yoga journey!

Are you new to yoga? Thinking of trying yoga but feel intimidated? Looking to get back to yoga after an extended break? 

Join Christie for a 4 week New to Yoga Beginner Session.  Learn the importance of yoga props and how and when to use them.  Learn and experience various poses and types of yoga to gain confidence as you begin your yoga path. Christie offers a welcome and safe environment to ask questions so you feel empowered in your body.  Christie is trained and has a lived experience with the various changes our bodies experience as we age or have different abilities.


Week 1: What is yoga and how to use yoga props 

Week 2: Learn seated, lying, kneeling and standing poses and various options for your body

Week 3: Experience yin yoga and introduction to meditation

Week 4: Experience gentle flow and restorative yoga
