Begin your Yoga journey!

Begin your Yoga journey in a safe, supportive space. This 5 week workshop/class session will give you the knowledge and confidence to begin a Yoga practice. Learn breathing techniques, use of props to support your body and beginning meditation.  

 

Christie creates a space where you feel comfortable to ask questions and learn you are your own best teacher when it comes to your body.​

Week 2:  Forward Bends & Hip Mobility
Week 3:  Beginning Back Bends & Twists
Week 4:  Yin & Meditation
Week 5:  Gentle Flow & Restorative
