Class Description
This 60 minute yoga class focuses on building strength and stability in yoga poses. A stronger, more stable foundation creates the basis for increasing flexibility, while improving balance and joint mobility within a pose. The class will begin with warming up the body, then moving through a series of yoga poses at a slow, controlled pace focusing on body awareness. Finally, slowing down with gentle stretches and a quieting of the mind and body. Perfect for all levels!
