Class Description

Unwind in this slow, passive and grounding practice. In this class you will settle into long held, floor based postures designed to release deep connective tissue, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. In combination with the breath, Yin yoga offers space to soften tension accumulated throughout the day and create a sense of ease and balance. This class is suitable for all levels and is a beautiful way to restore energy ,promote mindfulness, improve mobility, and prepare the body and mind for a restful evening.
