Do you have tight hips?

Tight hips can mean something different for everyone. Maybe you can touch your toes but have difficulty sitting comfortably on the floor while someone else may experience similar or different areas of limitation. No two bodies are alike.

In this workshop you will:

  1. Explore the full range of motion of the hips and break it down into its component parts.

  2. Complete a step by step assessment of your hips' full range of motion.

  3. Use the results of your assessment to understand where you are strong and flexible

    where you require more strength and range of motion.

  4. Learn easy movements and drills that you can incorporate into your practice to support

    and improve your range of motion over time.


*Yoga teachers & students of all levels will leave with:


  • A deeper understanding of the full range of movement of the hips.

  • Learn new drills and techniques that can be incorporated into your yoga sequences to support you and/or your students on their journey of strength and flexibility.
