This 60 Minute class combines stretching, standing yoga poses, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to increase flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. A great way to begin your day!
In this all levels class, yoga postures are used to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
This all level class begins with a breath practice, then we do some active & passive stretching, some slow flow then back to the mat for relaxation.
This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice
